SHIPPING

Free shipping for all orders of 2 or more KOALAs. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, standard delivery is 3-7 business days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur especially around the holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time we do not offer international shipping.

TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

DAMAGES

HANGTIME is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order was damaged in transit, please contact USPS to file a claim in the US or your local carrier for international orders.
