WARRANTY REPLACEMENT - If your KOALA 2.0 breaks, we'll replace it. Simple as that. To start a return, just click this link. 

NOT HAPPY WITH ORDER - If you don’t love your new KOALA 2.0, send it back to us within 60 days (of purchase) for a full refund. Please include all parts, and make sure it’s clean and in good shape. Basically, make your mama proud.

MISSING PARTS - If you think your order is missing any parts, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
